Dejan Sarka
Dejan Sarka is a Solid Quality Mentor and holds many industry distinctions including MCP, MCDBA, MCT, MCTS SQL Server, MCITP Database Administrator, MCITP Database Developer, and SQL Server MVP. As a trainer and consultant, he has assisted many CPLSs and development companies in Slovenia and around the world. In addition to this, he continuously works on OLTP, OLAP and Data Mining projects, especially at the design stage. He is a speaker at many important international conferences such as TechEd, PASS and MCT conference. He is the founder of the Slovenian SQL Server Users Group and collaborates with Microsoft TechNet meetings, NT conferences and many other events in Central and Eastern Europe. Dejan has teamed up with Itzik Ben-Gan to author chapters in two books; "Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2005" and "T-SQL Querying and Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - T-SQL Programming". Dejan has also developed two courses for Solid Quality Mentors, Data Modeling Essentials and Data Mining with SQL Server 2005. He also regularly writes articles for Red Gate Simple Talk.
