This course covers essential skills for handling organizational change, including a willingness to take risks, having an openness to the unknown, and being able to manage yourself through change. Finally, this course details the importance and best practices of building self-motivation, which is a key to being prepared for organizational change.
Embracing Organizational Change
This course covers best practices to help you accepting a new reality when things change, including acknowledgement of the changes and coming to terms with your new reality. This course also introduces the idea of reframing as a coping method for accepting organizational change. Finally, this course covers the importance of recognizing and capitalizing on the career opportunities presented by organizational change, including the importance of a career plan.
Managing the Stress of Organizational Change
This course examines the challenges an employee faces when his/her company restructures into a decentralized organization.
The Importance of Flexibility in the Workplace
This course focuses on how employees must be flexible, adaptive, and ready for new things when organizational change happens.
Developing Organizational Agility
This course explores how developing competency in organizational agility can assist in tackling short-term issues, and support long-term growth.

Denne online kursuskollektion består af flere forskellige kurser, som du ved tilmelding har adgang til i 365 dage. Hvert enkelt kursus er opdelt i flere kursusmoduler, som du via en oversigtsmenu kan tage i den rækkefølge, du ønsker. Modulerne indeholder lyd, billeder og tekst, der gennemgår kursusindholdet. Nogle moduler indeholder små videofilm med scenarier og cases. Ved hvert kursus har du mulighed for at teste din forståelse af indholdet med tests, som du kan tage både før, under og efter kurset. Du gennemfører kursusmodulerne via din computer eller tablet med lyd og adgang til Internettet. Du kan selv styre, hvornår du vil tage modulerne – og de kan sættes på pause undervejs. Der bliver indsat bogmærker, der hvor du er nået til, så du altid har mulighed for at fortsætte, hvor du sidst kom til.
