Business Analysis Overview
  • Implementing process and system changes to an organization requires fully analyzing the business to enable careful planning. The globally recognized standards of practice in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), guide the business analyst in the proper analytics to ensure that the needs of the organization are well understood so that solutions are designed to meet those needs. In this course, you'll learn about the final tasks in the requirements analysis and design definition knowledge area. Defining a requirements architecture, defining design options, and analyzing potential value and recommending solutions.
The Ba Planning And Monitoring Knowledge Area
  • The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), outlines the globally recognized standards of practice to use when thoroughly analyzing the business. This course explores the solution evaluation knowledge area. You'll learn about how the tasks in the Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring Knowledge Areas produce documents that direct you, as a business analyst, throughout a project. You'll also learn how to plan your business analytics to identify performance improvements.
The Ba Elicitation And Collaboration Knowledge Area
  • Designing effective solutions requires eliciting useful information from stakeholders. This means building good relationships, establishing strong collaboration and monitoring stakeholder activities. Using the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), as an aid to analyzing the business, a business analyst can ensure the needs of the organization are met, and that design solutions meet those needs. In this course, you'll learn about the inputs, guidelines and analytics techniques that are used in elicitation and collaboration tasks.
The Requirements Life Cycle Management Knowledge Area
  • The requirements life cycle guides business analysts in managing requirements throughout their life span. Denne online kursuspakke består af flere forskellige kurser, som du ved tilmelding har adgang til i 365 dage. Hvert enkelt kursus er opdelt i flere kursusmoduler, som du via en oversigtsmenu kan tage i den rækkefølge, du ønsker. Modulerne indeholder lyd, billeder og tekst, der gennemgår kursusindholdet. Nogle moduler indeholder små videofilm med scenarier og cases. Ved hvert kursus har du mulighed for at teste din forståelse af indholdet med tests, som du kan tage både før, under og efter kurset. Du gennemfører kursusmodulerne via din computer eller tablet med lyd og adgang til Internettet. Du kan selv styre, hvornår du vil tage modulerne – og de kan sættes på pause undervejs.

Certificering

Kurset forbereder dig på Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certficering. Certificeringen skal købes seperat hos ekstern udbyder. Certificeringen er forbeholdt erfarne forretningsanalytikere med mindst 7.500 timers forretningsanalytisk arbejde inden for de seneste 10 år. Med CBAP® certificering fra IIBA, får du papirer på din viden og erfaring inden for forretningsanalyse, og øger din værdi.
