Improve your organization with a course in internal audit training focusing on effective implementation and development of the organization’s quality management system. Audit is a value adding tool to ensure that your quality management works in practice and should therefore be carried out at regular intervals. Internal audits also ensure that the organization can comply with and meet customers' demands and legal requirements.

The course will give you techniques and tools in order to investigate whether the organization's quality management system is effectively implemented and maintained as well as continuously improved. Focusing on the basic audit skills and how the organization achieves results through various forms of value-adding audits, and how these audit results are used to assess the effectiveness of the management system and to highlight opportunities for improvement.

Profile

Employees acting as or to become an acting internal auditor in relation to ISO 9001:2015 or other similar management systems.

Form

The course follows the recommendations in ISO 19011:2018 Guidance in auditing management systems.The course include theory, practical exercises and a role-play including preparation of checklists, opening meeting, auditing, evaluation of results, preparation of deviations and reporting during a closing meeting.
